As ADHD Works trains employers including Microsoft and Disney in ADHD, we wanted to make this accessible to everyone. There's been a 400% increase in the number of adults seeking support for ADHD in the last few years, and years-long waiting lists mean they often have no one to help them through this - but now you can.
This course was created by Author of 'ADHD: an A to Z' and ADDCA certified coach Leanne Maskell. Leanne previously worked in mental health and disability law at the Law Society, and has trained organisations such as Microsoft, Disney and Yahoo on ADHD. She has also presented to organisations such as the World Health Organisation on ADHD, alongside coaching hundreds of people, training ADHD coaches, and running a series of highly successful ADHD courses.
This is mainly focused on ADHD, but will cover an overview of a range of neurodiverse conditions, which you can apply your learning to in similar ways.
Access to Work can also help pay for workplace training on ADHD, but it does have a 6 month waiting time! If you work for a small organisation or charity who is struggling to afford this, or would like an invoice with VAT, just email us at [email protected].
Leanne's trained companies like Disney, Yahoo & Microsoft on ADHD at work - are you in?

The 'lessons' were really engaging and then doing the activities alongside was a useful way to digest the information and applying it to how it works for you. Leanne's passion and knowledge hugely shines through, and topped of with the fun energy that comes across in this course! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about ADHD and how to make it work for them.”
