“Leanne Maskell is one of the most inspirational and knowledgable women I know - in the emerging area of understanding ADHD in the workplace, what it's like as a woman to have ADHD. She speaks about this in the context of public and workplace policy - As well as from her own personal experience. Her voice and vulnerability is hugely impactful as well as her level of expertise. ”

Got questions?

We've got answers!

  • Who is this course for?

Our course is here to help you have those tricky conversations with your employer - and learn about reasonable adjustments that can make a BIG difference. Whether you're feeling unsure or just want to learn more, we've got you covered!

  • I'm self-employed - is this for me?

Yes! Some bits will obviously be less relevant (like telling your employer!) but on the whole, this course breaks down what ADHD actually is, how it can show up at work, and what we can do to harness it.

  • I don't know if I have ADHD. Can I still enrol?

Absolutely! You don't need a formal diagnosis to access support at work or implement strategies to help.

  • Can my employer help pay for this course?

Yes - just drop us a message at [email protected] for more information.

  • Is this course time-limited?

No - this course is self-paced.

  • What if I don't want to disclose my ADHD?

That's completely fine! The course covers how you can implement your own strategies to harness your ADHD at work. It's only if you need additional help from your employer that you may need to ask them, but even then, you don't necessarily have to mention ADHD.

  • Which country does this apply to?

This is primarily based on UK law and UK assistance like the Access to Work scheme. However, you can still do this course to understand how you and your employer can make ADHD work for you at work. Hopefully the law shouldn't have to come into it!

Thrive because of your ADHD, not in spite of it.
